Overview
The importance of a "Discovery" is known industry wide and within Process PassPort Inc., it is a vital process to better understand your network infrastructure, architecture, application interfaces, business process, departmental workflow, WEB interface and day to day responsibilities of the people involved with your work process and data management. The Discovery process will allow your employees and our expert team to join together to begin the transfer of knowledge that determines goals, visions, user types, and the functional specifications of the desired features. The definition of this process model is critical because it becomes the foundation for the project, scope of work, implementation schedule, accountabilities, guarantees and eventual success. Without this model it is not possible to recommend and suggest an appropriate plan of action.
By using "Best in Practice" Methodologies, Process PassPort Inc. will complete the Discovery and define the "Solution Project" based on your input and the business goals you are attempting to achieve.
Process PassPort Inc. focuses on increasing your productivity by designing, developing, and deploying methodologies and processes that take advantage of technology. Upon completion of the Solution Project Plan, Your Company will gain significant savings in cost and time, while improving consistency and quality.
The Discovery is the first step, which concentrates on understanding your product and existing business practices, and then defining projects to improve existing processes, applications and integration of CAD, Data management, Management reporting tools, Enterprise planning tools and collaboration tools.
Scope
The scope of the discovery will be to identify the existing processes and develop the Implementation plan for deploying your solution. The information gathered during the discovery, through the identification and evaluation of current methods and processes will be used to develop a "Road Map". This Road Map will identify tasks, departmental processes, desired integrations, appropriate steps and a time line for deployment. To achieve the growth of Advanced Users; a key step in enabling future developments and support, Process PassPort Inc. proposes that tasks and processes identified for development be used as the basis for knowledge transfer and advanced training. The processes and methodologies identified from the discovery will be used as the basis for all subsequent training.

Discovery Phases
I. Establish the Foundation
Description: This phase starts when Process PassPort Inc. Solution Architect receives all information requested from Your Company. The Solution Architect reviews the information to obtain a preliminary understanding of Your Company products, including: processes, development, design, and completion. With this preliminary understanding, Process PassPort Inc. tailors an Interview Package for the next phase.
Participants: TBD
II. Onsite Information Gathering (Analysis)
Description: In this phase, Process PassPort Inc. uses the Interview Package to gather information in greater depth by conducting onsite interviews with Your Company personnel. At the completion of the onsite interviews, the accuracy of all compiled data is confirmed with a playback session.
Participants: TBD
III. Architect the Solution (Synthesis)
Description: In this phase, Process PassPort Inc. conducts design sessions; reviewing the information gathered with a group of industry experts. The design sessions mold the concepts and methodologies inline with the technologies used or proposed. Process PassPort Inc. then reviews the solution concepts, methodologies, and scope with Your Company for approval.
Participants: TBD
IV. Define the Solution Project
Description: In this phase, Process PassPort Inc. creates a formal Solution Project Plan, which outlines projects best suited for development and implementation of the concepts and methodologies.
Participants: TBD
V. Present the Discovery Report
Description: At the completion of a Discovery, Process PassPort Inc. will present the findings and proposed solution projects, which result in significant savings in cost and time, while improving consistency and quality.
